Refund policy

At Kini Fit Wear, we want every customer to feel completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and fair.

Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items such as yoga clothing and yoga accessories should show no signs of wear or damage. Please note that clearance or final-sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and availability.
